Strip-out and repairs
Old kitchens, bathrooms and floor coverings come out, and anything they were hiding — tired plaster, pipework, damp — is put right.
Fit and finish
Kitchens and bathrooms go in, floors go down and the decorators follow, room by room, in an order that keeps each trade out of the next one’s way.

Yes. We take on single kitchens and bathrooms as well as whole properties, and a single room gets the same schedule and the same care as a full house.
We can supply everything, or fit what you have chosen yourself. Either way we use quality materials and agree the choices before work starts, so there are no substitutions halfway through.
Yes. Waste is cleared as we go and the property is left clean and ready to use at handover — which matters if a tenant or a buyer is walking in the next day.
