Coverage

The areas we cover

We build across Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport and Caerphilly. Each place has its own houses, its own council and its own ground, so each has pages of its own.

Based in Llandough, working across the region

Our base is in Llandough, in the Vale of Glamorgan, between Cardiff and Penarth. From there we cover the city, the Vale, and Newport and Caerphilly along the M4.

A building job is shaped by where it is as much as by what it is. The council that decides the planning application, the age and construction of the houses, and the ground under the foundations all differ from one place to the next. The pages below set out what that means for each kind of work in each area.

Coverage: your questions

We provide construction services throughout Cardiff and the surrounding areas: the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport and Caerphilly among them. Our base is in Llandough, between Cardiff and Penarth.

Yes, in the surrounding areas. These are the places we have written pages for, not the limit of where we work. If you are a little further out, ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

Yes. Wherever the job is, you deal with the same team and the same point of contact. What changes from place to place is the planning authority, the kind of houses and the ground they stand on, which is why each area has pages of its own.
